This Bourbon Ají Comes from El Viso Farm around 1475 meters altitud; It goes through a washed process, a cup that tastes of lytchee, honey, balanced and fruity with a clean and juicy body, you can say its Ají if you feel the sweet citric taste tickling your tong.
