About Us

Coffee T+ank is more than just a coffee brand. It’s a concept, a sensory experience, and a commitment to making coffee more sustainable, ethical, and accessible. Founded by Ehoud Cola, an entrepreneur passionate about coffee for over 10 years, Coffee T+ank represents the perfect balance between coffee excellence and social responsibility.

Since 2013, Ehoud has explored the world of coffee, from fermentation techniques to exotic varieties. In 2015, he created Fraîche & Kâffè, initiating a journey toward sustainability and full traceability. In 2023, he took this vision further with Coffee T+ank, a project that enhances the sensory coffee experience while ensuring a positive impact on farmers and the planet.

🌿 Single-Origin, High-Quality Coffee

Colombian coffee is world-renowned for its exceptional quality, thanks to its temperate climate, volcanic soils, and high-altitude farms (up to 2,000 meters). These conditions allow coffee cherries to ripen slowly, enriching their flavors.

We collaborate with farms committed to sustainable production, such as:

  • Finca La España (Planadas, Tolima) – Led by Duberney, an agronomy expert specializing in exotic varieties like Geisha.
  • Hacienda La Pradera (Santander) – Located near the Chicamocha Canyon, this farm focuses on agroforestry and organic farming.
  • Finca San Luis – A family-run farm where Omar Arango passionately cultivates rare and refined coffee varieties.

Coffee Processing Methods

Each farm uses innovative fermentation and drying techniques to enhance flavor profiles:

  • Aerobic and anaerobic fermentations.
  • Honey, Washed, and Natural processes.
  • Sun-dried on raised beds and mechanical drying systems.

Our signature coffee is Borbón Rosado, grown at Finca Las Margaritas in Huila, Colombia. We do not blend varieties—each Coffee T+ank contains a single-origin coffee, highlighting the unique flavors of different Colombian regions.
